The real estate development site is part of the administrative territory of Szomor Village. The development concept of the area is part of the Szomor Park Village Local Building regulations accepted by the Self Government of Szomor Village at 16. February, 2006. By this regulation the building zones of the development area the following:Lke-1,Lke-2, housing zones for detached buildings, and Vt , mixed-use, settlement center zone, which make possible to develop building unit with community functions.
